The Waitlist allows you to sign-up for the chance to receive tickets for a high-demand or sold-out event. Instead of checking for availability, join the Waitlist and we'll automatically secure tickets for you if they become available. How does it work? Fans may register for the Waitlist during the registration window. After registration closes, eligible entries will be reviewed and selected through a randomized process. Selection may take into account multiple criteria established by the event organizer to help ensure tickets reach genuine fans and support the goals of the event. Your payment method will be pre-authorized to verify it is valid, but you will not be charged unless your registration is selected and your order is fulfilled. * All Waitlist registrations may be reviewed for fraud, suspicious activity, scalping, or violations of event policies. Registrations that violate event policies may be canceled or removed. If your registration is selected and approved, your card will be charged automatically and you'll receive a confirmation email. If you are not selected, you will never be charged. Does it matter when I register? No. Registrations submitted at any time during the registration period will be considered equally during the selection process. Selection is not based solely on the order in which registrations are received. How do I join? Select Join Waitlist, log in or create an account, enter your payment information, and choose when you'd like your Waitlist request to expire before the event. Can I leave the Waitlist? Yes. You may remove yourself from the Waitlist at any time before your order is fulfilled. If you rejoin later, you'll be placed at the end of the line. What if I can't attend after my order is fulfilled? You may return your tickets to the Waitlist for this event. Returned tickets will be offered to other customers still waiting in line. Why do I see a pending charge? This is a temporary authorization hold used to verify your payment method. It is not an actual charge and will typically disappear within 1–5 business days. You will only be charged if your order is fulfilled. What if my card is declined? If your payment method is declined when tickets become available, your Waitlist order may be canceled and the tickets offered to the next person in line. Can I change my Waitlist order? No. To change ticket type or quantity, you must cancel your existing Waitlist request and submit a new one, which will place you at the end of the line. Will I be charged if only part of my order becomes available? No. Your order will only be fulfilled and charged if the entire quantity requested becomes available. Are there additional fees? No. The price shown when you join the Waitlist is the total price you will pay if your order is fulfilled. Is my payment information secure? Yes.
