^⨀ᴥ⨀^ Russell E.L. Butler
All around legend Russell E.L. Butler is an unmeasurable talent and thoughtful champion of this music and the lives of those who make it. Russell is a longtime fixture in the global DIY world with a vast catalog of music released over the last 10+ years that inhabit and expand countless corners of music that we all hold dearly.
Take some time alone and throw on Call Me G. — her solo LP for Octo Octa and Eris Drew’s T4T LUV NRG label. Russell makes music that rewards attention and between that record and this year’s monumental self release (G) — she speaks clearly to all who are open to listening. From the contemplative catharsis of her album work to the slammin singles released under her DJ Autopay alias, Russell’s got classics on classics with releases on labels like Ghostly, Tresor, Fixed Rhythms, and Opal Tapes. I’d be remiss to not shout out Deep Exposure — a multi-pronged vehicle for thought and conversation via newsletter and a fantastic talk-based residency show on The Lot Radio where Russell recently hosted Jeff Mills for a beautiful discussion I’d highly recommend checking out.
^⨀ᴥ⨀^ fleet.dreams
Our dear friend the deeply talented music man fleet.dreams is BACK in the Sorry Records Arena for the first time since 2023. An excellent producer and tremendously talented DJ, Colton is beyond a real one and we're lucky to have him in NYC and on the 1s and 2s for this party. With musical roots in Texas, Detroit, and Brooklyn and deep well of unpretentious musical knowledge, Colton's work as fleet.dreams is multi-faceted and confidant in ways only found through deep dancefloor dedication. He's released productions on labels like UTTU / Hot Haus, PPU, All City Records... Last few years though, he's started his own DIY vinyl imprint Vinezza Records and put out two massive sold out twelve inches Limbs of a Lion and Echoes of Ego which are well worth your time. You may have seen him around town either at his home club Mansions or at parties curated by Gyration Station, Paurro, or Ron Like Hell. Obligatory mention of his classic b2bs with Escaflowne (the old Fleet 'n Flowne combo) as well as the immortal SORRYMIX11: fleet.dreams' Freak Dreams Vol. 1.
^⨀ᴥ⨀^ Nick Boyd

Flier by Nick Boyd
"One of the underground’s best dance labels"
- No Tags Podcast, on Sorry Records
"Loveable, Hard Working, Absolutely Rowdy Party Starters, Speaker Freaks... yea I dunno, what more can you say about Sorry Records? One of New York's hardest working crews, and a bottomless well of support for the city's scene."
- Sweat Equity
“Since its foundation in 2015, Sorry Records has become a critical outpost in New York’s dance-music scene. The label balances an unwavering commitment to the city’s dance-music history with a dead-serious approach to having a good time. Their best material seems like it could have come out in the ‘90s, were it not for the of-the-moment production techniques and references in the liner notes.”
- Michael McKinney, Passion of the Weiss
