Description
Veritus Miller is an emerging pianist, composer, and bandleader from Los Angeles, California. His music encapsulates the melodic content of traditional jazz, fused with the fresh sounds of West Coast contemporary jazz. He’s cut from the same cloth as artists like Terrace Martin and Thundercat, and is a frequent collaborator with his cousin Kamasi Washington. At just 21 years old, he's performed on NPR's Tiny Desk, graduated from the Berklee College of Music, and headlined Jazz Festivals across California. Other artists he’s worked with include Ryan Porter, Jaz Karis, Lil John Roberts, Ami Taf Ra, and he's even supported Stevie Wonder with the UCLA Herb Alpert band (2024). Veritus Miller is a charismatic old soul who’s hungry and eager to spread truth, love, optimism, and authenticity through music.
