**Sonia Tetlow & Ali Angel live at Eddie's Attic!**
***Sonia Tetlow*** is musician who studies the craft of song, a songwriter who performs with abandon, giving herself freely to the moment of live music making. Her music blends Atlanta indie and Americana with the New Orleans rhythms of her roots. She has fronted her own bands and played multiple instruments in others, including guitar, mandolin, bass, and banjo. She has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists such as Patti Smith, Indigo Girls, and Hootie and the Blowfish. She has toured nationally as the bass player for Cowboy Mouth and the guitar and mandolin player for Paul Sanchez and the Rolling Road Show, and regionally as the banjo player for Roxie Watson and guitar player for STB. Tetlow has performed on stages across the US, from the Paradise and Cafe Passim in Boston, to CBGB's, the Bitter End, and the B.B. King Blues Club in New York, the House of Blues clubs in Chicago and New Orleans, to the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C., the Roxy in L.A. to the Roxy and Variety Playhouse in Atlanta, GA, the Fillmore in San Francisco, CA to the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, TN, as well as in Ireland and Mexico. She's performed at festivals such as the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Fest, Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI, VooDoo Fest in New Orleans, LA, Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga, TN, Music Midtown in Atlanta, GA, Springfest in Pensacola, FL, and many others.
Sonia Tetlow's latest record, “better days,” was recorded mostly live at Marigny Studios in New Orleans over a long weekend during the summer of 2022. The album captures the spontaneous joy of veteran musicians coming together after years of COVID pandemic isolation. Produced by Paul Sanchez, the album features Mary Lasseigne on bass and harmony vocals, Glenn Hartman on keys, Jonathan Pretus on electric guitar, percussion, and harmony vocals, and Andre Bohren on drums, lap steel, harmony vocals, and percussion. The songs range from meditations and reflections to poking fun and persisting and showcase some of Tetlow’s finest writing and collaboration.

With her indie twang meets soulful americana sound, independent artist ***Ali Angel*** is carving a distinct niche in the Los Angeles music scene. Her songwriting echoes classic influences like Sheryl Crow, yet her voice and presence are unmistakably her own. Angel’s debut 2026 album, “Is This Really Happening?” combines her warm vintage sound with a modern indie touch, evoking nostalgia for a 70’s meets 90’s sound paired with optimistic lyricism. The album is gaining steady traction in the country/americana scene, charting at #45 on the Americana radio charts and getting added to various editorial playlists including Spotify’s, “The New Retro”, “Emerging Americana”,“Fresh Finds” and more. Self-written and produced by Ryan Pollie, Tyler Ballgame and Angel, the album explores themes of kismet, emotional honesty, duality, spiritual connection and two people growing in tandem set against the backdrop of her hometown Los Angeles.
Presented by Eddie's Attic.
This is an all ages event.
