About Jamie Lee
Instagram
2x Emmy-winning comedian Jamie Lee brings her true crime-inspired hour My Friend Katy to the stage following its acclaimed debut at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe. After the sudden, mysterious death of her best friend in 2004, Jamie spent 20 years trying to ignore the unanswered questions… until she launched an amateur investigation and turned the results into a hilarious, gripping, and deeply personal stand-up show.
Lee is currently a writer and Executive Producer on the hit series Ted Lasso. She starred in HBO’s Crashing, and hosted/created The Wedding Coach for Netflix, based on her debut book Weddiculous. Lee also stars in the rom-com Plan B opposite Jon Heder, and the upcoming film Above the Line.
