Celebrating 15 years of the original party bringing you past, present and future sounds from Beirut to Bombay. Since 2011, Discostan has put on shows from Lahore to Los Angeles featuring DJs, musicians, visual and performance artists, highlighting underrepresented and imaginative voices from the South and West Asian and Arab diasporas. On Saturday, June 27, we dive deep into the sonic history of Discostani favorites from Bollywood disco and Chaabi floorfillers to Safavid bass and late-night Dabke. And as always, you can also expect a healthy dose of future-forward club sounds from our favorite producers from around the world. In the wake of the invasion of Lebanon, we're also donating 50% of proceeds to Beit al Aam, a Beirut-based organization that is providing relief to residents there. See you on the dance floor!
