This edition features an Ignite the Class–inspired experience, led by Steph—a movement medicine guide, somatic embodiment coach, and E-RYT 500 teacher known for her raw, intuitive, and deeply expressive approach to movement. Rooted in dance and backed by over a decade of teaching, Steph’s style blends yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and intuitive flow into a high-vibe, music-driven experience designed to bring you back home to your body. The experience is elevated by Siren Gliss, a Scottsdale-based harpist and producer who blends live electric harp with ambient electronic soundscapes, creating a sound that feels both grounding and expansive. Music is guided by Louis IV, a Phoenix-based DJ known for his uplifting, feel-driven sets that blend disco, house, and eclectic rhythms. A staple in the local scene, he brings a sound that is both energizing and grounded. Expect a class that meets you where you are.
