Great outdoor comedy event to celebrate PRIDE!
MoCo's favorite comedy show is going all out for PRIDE! Improbable Comedy presents a great night of stand up with the best queer performers around for a great night of outdoor comedy. PRIDE in the Park is part of the Montgomery County Parks Department series of comedy in the parks.
This event will be held on the lawn at Brookside Gardens, near the Brookside Visitor Center. Entry begins at 6:00 pm with food and beverage for purchase from local vendors. The comedy show kicks off at 7:00 pm and guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets for viewing.
Our lineup is Kevin Chen, Sanjana Taskar, Swetha Ramesh, Tanner Amundsen, and headliner Bria Beddou
ASL Interpretation will be provided. This event is intended for mature audiences ages seventeen and up and is not recommended for viewers under seventeen. Viewer discretion is advised.
Show will take place no matter the weather. We have an indoor option at Brookside Gardens.

- Parking is provided in the designated Brookside Gardens lot. Overflow parking can be located next door at Brookside Nature Center and is a short walk along a paved footpath to the event area.Public Transportation
- Take Bus # 10 or C8 to Randolph Rd & Glenallan Ave (Stop ID: 2000701) OR to
- Randolph Rd & Heurich Rd (Stop ID: 2000716). Follow either Glenallan Ave or Heurich Rd and the entrance to Brookside Gardens will be directly in front of you.
**Note: Heurich Rd has a sidewalk the length of the walk to Brookside Gardens. Glenallan Ave does not.
Seating
- Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets for seating at all Parks Playhouse Junior events. Please do not bring hammocks, portable pavilion tents, or pop-up tents.Restrooms
- Restrooms will be available inside the Brookside Visitor Center.Alcohol
- Outside alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol can be purchased on-site from the vendor upon proof of age with an appropriate photo ID.American Sign Language
