Description
450 Records is a student-run record label based on Gadigal Land in Sydney. Across two exciting nights, we will showcase 10 young artists, each with their own vibe and sound.
On the first night (May 4th) we’re showcasing a mix between electronic and pop music, with standout artists ‘HALYCON’, ‘BRICOLAGE’ and ‘SOPHIAA’. All five artists on this night provide the audience a unique experience, whether it be the bubbly pop hooks of SOPHIAA, the warm vocal tone of Bricolage or the harsh metal guitar of HALYCON.
Night two (May 11th) will be just as exciting, but with a more diverse lineup. Specifically, the music of ‘Ollie Hilliard’ is one of a kind. He is the only jazz artist in our 450 lineup, bringing a horn quintet with him, ready to croon the audience. In contrast, RandomSpice will shock audiences with his improvisational synth performance. With a sound similar to EDM giants ‘Daft Punk’, RandomSpice will have the audience moving with his electronic house production.
