The project gives equal importance to the visual and sonic dimensions, bringing together large-scale new media installations, lighting and digital art with exploratory house, deep house and techno. Known for collaborating with artists and DJs such as DVS1, DJ Boring, Salute, DJ Seinfeld and Boy Harsher, Sights & Sounds has become one of the few platforms in the United States to genuinely connect contemporary visual art with electronic music culture. For this edition, Pablo Bolívar brings his broad artistic range and international profile as one of the key figures in European electronic music. With over a decade in the underground circuit and releases on labels such as Desolat, Curle, Culprit, Einmusika and Moodmusic, his approach for Café Berlín moves from deep, slow-building selections into refined dub-tinged techno, always leaving room for unreleased material and hidden classics depending on how the night unfolds. Alongside him, Palma Palma, a Madrid-based producer and DJ, adds a warm and narrative club perspective, blending deep house, progressive sounds and afro influences into elegant, flowing sets. Completing the lineup is Ronaldo, DJ, producer and co-founder of Sights & Sounds, whose blend of classic house, deep house and minimal techno brings a pulsing energy deeply connected to New York’s underground scene.
