Welcome to Das Fest! 55 hours of non-stop music and madness going strong from Saturday night to Tuesday morning with 36 DJs, two live acts, one open air and some special performances. Our second big open air of the season is coming in strong and we are excited to have David Vunk on board! Known for his versatile record collection and graceful mixing skills, David has been rocking dancefloors all over Europe since the early 90’s. Expect house and tech house with a touch of disco and the odd acid line. Peter Invasion adds some groovy selections and indie dance influences to the mix, and Giulia Gutterer will treat us to some early-afternoon new beat and italo disco. This lineup is guaranteed to put you in a good mood - rain or shine! Monday evening in Acid Bogen is also not to be missed - HEIDI, London-based star of jacking house, returns to Berlin for the first time in 3 years. Earlier in the day, serious house music from Kristin Velvet and Ruff Stuff and a high energy live set from Kotelett. On Sunday night, are excited to welcome back the one and only Mathias Kaden with his particular brand of groovy powerhouse, as well as I$A, AGILY and Prague-based Marie Pravda, who will bring some fast-paced, bassy, proggy tunes guaranteed to keep your booty shaking until early in the morning, when Nick Beringer will take things in a more minimal direction. Meanwhile in Hopper, embark on an emotional narrative of dreamy soundscapes, stirring melodies and hypnotic rhythms with Francesca Lombardo on Sunday night, followed by Whitesquare, known for seamlessly navigating between deep house, indie dance and refined techno. Lovers of post-punk, dark wave and disco and electro-infused techno shouldn’t miss Skelesys and Moderna on Saturday night. Saturday night in Acid Bogen is also not to be missed, with a live set from Tegel Boys and Belfast-based DJ and producer Jordan Nocturne, known for energetic house selections bound to break a sweat. The lineup wouldn’t be complete without our dear residents: catch Steve Challier closing Hopper on Sunday morning, Esther Silex closing Acid Bogen on Monday night, and miAs warming up the Kiosk ID showcase on Sunday afternoon. And watch out for some local up-and-coming faces like Heimlich Maneuver and magic.made.by.r. Limited presale. More tickets are available at the club.
