Description
Two of Brooklyn’s most beloved collectives join forces again for a night of electro infused bass pressure featuring a very special debut set stateside!
Twist is taking over Room 1 with a formidable billing of some of the scene’s top bass practitioners. Opening proceedings is Twist founder Don-Ri. He specializes in bass heavy, dubstep and grime driven sets which rocked the city’s biggest soundsystems at Nowadays, Public Records, Knockdown Center and H0L0 last year.
Stepping up next is the illustrious Mui Mui. Guided by her devotion to sound system culture and bass forward arrangements, Mui Mui weaves tracks across the dub continuum with dynamic selections that accentuate percussion, groove, and bass. Drawing from her extensive experience playing both pummeling late-night club sets and more cerebral radio hours, Mui Mui’s precise mixing and fearless approach to genre serves to make dance floors feel at once mischievous and cohesive, sacred and sultry.
Headlining Room 1 is none other than badman Neffa-T. With over 18 years of experience, he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible within the art of mixing; a journey showcased in his Technical Mix series, launched in 2018. This path recently led to his most ambitious work to date: the world’s first documented Deck Technical Mix. Spanning over 80minutes, the project marks a personal milestone in balancing perfectionism with dedication. With each project, Neffa-T continues to merge technical precision with fearless creativity, and we cannot wait to see him showcase his skills on the night.
Bringing us through to the morning is the prominent and mighty NVST. She is a Swiss DJ and producer from Lausanne who has become a standout force in international electronic music. Known for her raw, high-energy sets, she draws inspiration from the free party movement to create a radical, genre-defying sound. She has released a staggering six solo albums along with releases on the astounding labels Fabric, Tresor, Dekmantel and Maloca, showcasing her precision and experimental edge. NVST also co-directs BigScience, a sound lab for avant-garde music, and hosts residencies on Garage Noord in Amsterdam, Kiosk Radio, and Rinse FM, continuously pushing boundaries with a fiercely independent vision.
In Room 02, Lifesavers keeps it sweet while maintaining their inimitable, eclectic curatorial instinct, pulling together some of their favorites from around the world for a night of high-powered techno, electro, acid, and club music.
Up first is the prolific Madre Guía, a queer Afro-Caribbean multidisciplinary artist from The Bronx. Her percussive, seductive, and surprising sets showcase her delicate balance between improvisation and precision. She dynamically traverses dance music from across the African diaspora to inspire collective catharsis, and in 2025, delivered an instant-canon Honcho Campout set we can’t stop revisiting.
Madre passes the baton to Neil Landstrumm, joining us from Scotland for a signature live set. A true innovator of dance music over the last three decades, his influences span far beyond his releases, including on Tresor, Peacefrog, and Planet Mu. Unlike most prolific artists of our time, Neil’s sound is both instantly recognizable and defies genre, with influences spamming jacking Chicago house, dubstep, grime, Detroit techno, and more. We’re ready to experience this live in NYC for the first time in nearly a decade.
Closing out, we have the man dynamic and playful enough for the job: New York City’s dearest Solofan. Hailing from Alexandria, Egypt, Solofan refracts influences from many places, sounds, and eras. His selections double as concoctions, resulting in a psychedelic potion that makes you forget what time it is.
