Description
Damon Mudge heads out on tour for the first time to celebrate the release of his debut album, Country Living City Benefits. Bringing his band, the Replacement Buses, and his unmistakable yellow piano along for the ride, Mudge delivers a punchy mix of piano-driven rock, psychedelic textures, and sharp, melodic songwriting. Raw, energetic, and a little unpredictable — these shows mark the first chance to hear Country Living City Benefits brought to life on stage.
Damon Mudge celebrates the release of his debut album Country Living City Benefits (April 10, 2026) with a run of live shows alongside his band, The Replacement Buses.
Blending driving piano riffs with indie rock grit and psychedelic textures, Country Living City Benefits is a record shaped by movement — between country and city, past and present, uncertainty and momentum. Across its tracks, Mudge explores themes of generational pressure, nostalgia, and the search for stability in a rapidly shifting world, all anchored by a sound that pushes the piano to the front with urgency and weight.
Townes & the Lost Moons and Sylvi Gunn will be supporting on the night.
Townes and the Lost Moons are an Eora/Sydney-based rock band with a cosmic edge, blending classic rock influences with dreamy, atmospheric textures. Basically, it's rock music, but from outer space.
Sylvi Gunn makes folk pop about queer love, grief, community and art. A collage of deep soulful sounds and soaring pop ballads. She’s giving Lizzie McGuire crossed with Buffy Summers, she’s singing Angie McMahon crossed with Chappell Roan. Vulnerable, flirty and funny, she's here to make you cry, laugh and dance.
