On Friday, May 15, Gray Area presents Sam Divine at the Rooftop of Superior Ingredients. A key figure in global house music, Sam Divine rose through Defected Records from working on the Ibiza street team to hosting their worldwide radio show and playing top clubs and festivals across the globe. Known for her high energy sets and deep understanding of house music, she has held residencies at Pacha, Mambo, Amnesia, Eden and Ushuaïa, and recorded an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1. She now enters a new chapter with her label 555, focused on the next wave of house talent. Joining her is Miami based Eskuche, with releases on Hot Creations and performances at elrow, Desert Hearts, Space Miami and ARC Music Festival. NYC’s Gavin Gone also joins, bringing a groove driven sound shaped by years behind the decks and releases on SK Records, House Hats and Diggin’ Recs, with support from Jamie Jones and Marco Carola. Rounding out the lineup is Gray Area resident LEFTI, the project of Alex Suarez, with releases on Toolroom, Nervous and Freakin 909.
