Description
Ready for something totally new? Two stages, two genres, two camps: one unforgettable night. Disappear into the Black Hole!
*** URGENT SUBSPACE TRANSMISSION ***
TO: TECHNO ‘TRONAUTS, DRUM & BASS DOGS
FROM: BAD ASSTRONAUTS & PLUR PUPS
//MISSION BRIEFING//
The USS F8 is charting a brave and inescapable course to explore a black hole at the dark edge of the galaxy, set to cross the event horizon at 10 PM, Saturday April 25! Join our first-ever mission to explore intense sonic soundscapes beyond the orbit of standard queer nightlife.
//SONIC SYSTEMS//
Beam yourself between two rooms with two different sounds: the hypnotic gravity of techno, and the white-hot builds/drops of Drum & Bass.
On board, Techno Transcendence Mission Specialist DUGAN (Denver) will bend space and time for you, joined by Aleki, DJ P3tunia, and Rob Harrington.
Experience the euphoria of hyperspace with DnB-Dog-favorite CK9 (aka Pup Kiba; Frolic, Bark Before Dark), along with packmates Dash and TigerPaws.
Need a break from the intensity? Relax in our chill music cuddle space. (Just keep it PG-rated please ;)
//SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT//
Suit up to blend seamlessly into the pitch-black techno singularity, or paint yourself with all the ultraviolet colors of the photon sphere.
This is a joint human & human-pup event, all Good Dogs are encouraged to board in gear.
//JOIN THE MISSION//
Will the black hole lead to total annihilation, or is it a portal to an undiscovered new world? Get your ticket today to find out!
This mission is a fundraiser for Bad Asstronauts’ return to Burning Man, and PLUR Pups first-ever burn! Everyone bold enough has a spot on our ship, and we work to make sure that our events are a fun and safe place for all. We especially want to welcome our BIPOC, trans, and financially disadvantaged communities. If you’d like to attend but face financial inequality or lack of funds, please email sf@badasstronauts.org, and we’ll help you secure a ticket, no questions asked.
*** END TRANSMISSION. ACCEPT MISSION Y/N? ***
