About Terror
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
LA based powerhouse Terror have always been a name synonymous with hardcore. From their inception in 2002, the band have displayed a level of steadfast dedication unlike any other in the scene. Now with six studio albums, a series of live albums, splits, compilations and EP’s under their belts, the scene veterans are gearing up to release their latest full length ‘Total Retaliation’. The new album which is penned for a September 28th release date features Fit For An Autopsy’s Will Putney (Thy Art Is Murder, Body Count, Knocked Loose) in the producers chair and is the band’s first new material since last years ‘The Walls Will Fall’ EP. Clocking in at just under 30 minutes, ‘Total Retaliation’ is a succinct yet intense message of resistance within a world that can inspire little else. It’s a helping hand for the disillusioned and a firm middle finger to the authorities that are tearing apart society as we know it. As the band’s seventh full length studio album it serves as yet another example of why Terror have not only endured but remained at the top of their game for over 15 years.
About Pain of Truth
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Pain of Truth are an American hardcore punk band formed on Long Island, New York in 2020. As of 2024, they have released one demo, two split EPs, and one studio album.
Following the disbandment of his previous band Hangman, Michael Smith began to write and record songs during the COVID-19 lockdowns. These tracks were eventually released as the No Blame… Just Facts demo in July 2020, by which time he had enlisted a band lineup of himself on vocals Chris Rini on drums, Nik Hansen and Ridge Rhine on guitars and Zach Stachura on bass. The group made a name for themselves through their extensive use of guest features, which have included notable hardcore musicians such as Freddy Cricien, Scott Vogel and Justice Tripp. Their debut album Not Through Blood was released on September 8, 2023.
About End It
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
No matter where they are and what they’re doing, End It is true to keeping things authentically them and that shines through on the forthcoming Wrong Side Of Heaven. Entering Salad Days Studio with renowned producer Brian McTernan (Turnstile , Snapcase, Hot Water Music) the band came in with a few demos and wrote the majority of the album during the two month recording process in early 2025. Taking direction from classic hardcore, thrash, and soul music, End It has crafted a 15 song magnum opus centered on “Spreading awareness of the change that’s coming to Americans, personal growth, and maintaining the ethics and integrity of hardcore.”
Busting open with the title track, the band’s thumping, groove-driven rhythms take center stage, and then “Pale Horse” puts Godsey’s charismatic and chaotic vocal delivery on full display. As the record progresses, the growth in End It’s sonic direction is evident with every unique note and distinct riff hitting larger than ever. Godsey’s lyrics not only feel like a gut punch, but serve as a point of self and world examination. From “Billion Dollar Question” - “Who must die, to keep you in your luxury?” - to “Anti-Colonial” - “A better tomorrow for you and me, forever we will scream for those unseen.”
While no one can predict the future, End It has created an album that will assuredly stand the test of these uncertain times with Wrong Side Of Heaven.
