A party series created by two best friends born + bred in New York City, "tour de LES," returns to Public Records. Bored of the current nightlife scene in NY, **Callie Reiff** + **Raquel Michel** took matters into their own hands and created a community where music lovers, creatives, and artists can just let loose and have fun. \- Public Records aims to provide a safer space.
