**Micah Dalton and Tony Aparo live at Eddie's Attic!**
Micah Dalton is an Atlanta-based songwriter whose work lives at the intersection of folk, soul, blues, and modern spirituals. Best known as the frontman of Dwayne Shivers and a co-founder of ATL Collective, Dalton has spent more than a decade touring, recording, and cultivating a distinctly human, place-rooted sound.
His songs have been praised for their “appealingly intrepid mixture of folk, blues, soul, and R&B” (Obscure Sound), with early releases described by CMT Edge as “new-generation spirituals and fleecy, exquisite blues.” Dalton’s recordings have featured collaborations with producers and artists across Athens, Brooklyn, and Atlanta, and his work has appeared on network television including Criminal Minds, Conviction, and Salvation.
In a solo setting, Dalton strips the songs back to their bones—voice, guitar, and story—offering a reflective, hospitable performance shaped by years of songwriting, community-building, and lived experience. His live shows are less spectacle and more shared space: honest songs, generous silence, and melodies meant to be carried together.
