An east coast born rock band combining modern punk, classic rock, and indie sad girl stylings, the Mercy Makers embody the spirit of DIY by recording in their backyard barn-turned-home studio in East Nashville, Tennessee. Grungy guitars and raucous drum beats are spearheaded by Bryant’s ferocious feminine energy through crass, cutting lyricism and her booming bass guitar. This eclectic and singular sound has been suffused with the storytelling of the place they now call home, tackling themes like queerness, mental illness and anti fascist-ness with a cheeky wit that leaves you wondering if you should be laughing or crying or screaming. Their latest album, Every God Forsaken Morning, released in summer 2025 to critical acclaim and national radio airplay, beloved by their online and IRL fans on tour. Their live album just dropped on January 16th. They are joined by Adjust the Sails, self described as “sad guy, rad tunes” and “music by a sober guy that makes you want to drink” - bringing his cheeky, self deprecating but downright endearing emo stylings to round out the night.
