Pack Light is a band from Washington, DC, with origins and artistic influences from across the world. Brought together by our education at GWU, our group has evolved from classmates to a family of musicians. Formed in 2022 by Lior "Kiki" Gazit, the current line-up consists of Gazit on vocals and rhythm guitar, Asher Weiland on lead, Andrew Hall on Drums, and Zhander Diaz on Bass. In November 2024, they released their debut album: "Background Music (For A Party You Weren't Invited to)" which mixes elements of Emo, Hardcore and Shoegaze combined with pop songwriting. In December 2025, they released their EP “Operation: Mayo” which in less than a month has received over 5 thousand streams. With influences from a wide array of genres, Doll Apartments craft songs that feel personal yet universal, weaving together themes of longing, growth and self-discovery. Their dynamic live performances, characterized by soulful vocals and virtuosic instrumentation, have gained them a small but dedicated following in the local DMV scene.
