She is known for her solo and band’s musical performances, where she combines her distinctive voice with punk, house and experimental rock. In addition to her solo work, Bijoux plays keyboards and guitar for The Gossip, she has also toured as bassist for legendary outsider artist Gary Wilson and she is one half of the electronic duo The Mommys (with DJ Sanro). As a woman of trans experience, Bijoux celebrates queer and transgender perspectives throughout her body of work. Her music, art and life is unapologetically queer. Her storytelling chronicles surgery, rejection, survival and queer love. Kye Alive: Kye Grant Kauffman is a socially engaged artist and performer living and working in Portland, Oregon. Practicing art as a public utility through interactive performance, devised gatherings, and neighborhood interventions, their work has taken the form of an unsanctioned artist residency in Times Square, a public access television show, T-shirts functioning as conversation pieces, DJ sets, music videos, choreographed stage shows, original pop music under the moniker Jennifer Vanilla co-created with NYC producer and technologist Brian Abelson, a pedestrian parade with a group of fifth grade crossing guards, and a comprehensive artistic campaign to get a crosswalk painted in Queens. Lucia Luna: Lucia Luna is a trans nonbinary darkwave musician from Portland, OR. They channel ethereal melodies and spellbinding synthesis through voice, keys and creative sound manipulation; composing through temper and creating texture with shrill sounds and hollow layers. Their moods hit the listener with elation, despair, and discernment of the subtleties between. Luna’s range traverses a journey from dreamscape to dancewave, relishing in the empowerment of imperfection, vulnerability, and raw expression. Lucia’s gift is to evoke the power of otherworldliness, channeled through musical expression as well as theatrical and dynamic performance. On stage, Lucia is joined in performance by Ali Diana. Luna released their debut solo EP “Hunting Midnight” in 2020 on Occultists (Berlin), followed by a remix EP in 2021.
