About Loe Shimmy Born Shamar Williams Cox on March 24, 1999, Loe Shimmy is a rapper and songwriter from Pompano Beach, Florida, inspired by a cross-generational mix of Southern legends including Soulja Slim and fellow Pompano Beach native Kodak Black. He began releasing music on SoundCloud in 2020, dropping his debut EP Zombie Land and follow-up World War Z that same year. His debut album Zuper PowerZ arrived in 2021, followed by Z End in 2022.
