Description
Beauty School Dropout is a Los Angeles–based rock band (Colie Hutzler, Beepus, Bardo, and drummer Colton “Sea Dawg” Flurry) turning modern alt-rock into a loud, cathartic release—equal parts rebellion, freedom, and zero-apologies self-expression. Since their 2022 debut, BSD has built a fast-growing fanbase by writing hook-heavy songs that challenge the status quo, celebrate individuality, and say the quiet parts out loud for anyone who’s ever felt boxed in.
With early guidance from Mark Hoppus and Pete Wentz, the band’s momentum has snowballed into major tastemaker support (BBC Radio 1, New Music Friday, New Noise, MTV Fresh Out), press acclaim (NME, Alternative Press, Kerrang!, Rock Sound, SPIN, Billboard), and a catalog that’s racked up over 60 million streams. Their latest album, Where Did All the Butterflies Go?, produced by Grammy-nominated hitmaker Neal Avron (Fall Out Boy, Yellowcard, Weezer, Linkin Park, New Found Glory), sharpens the band’s sound with bigger atmosphere, anthemic choruses, and raw lyrical urgency.
Onstage, Beauty School Dropout is built for impact—explosive, emotional, and dialed all the way up. If you want a night of modern rock that hits like pop-punk adrenaline and feels like a group therapy singalong, this is the one.
