Description
Wavelength Music Festival + Conference
Presented with Sonic Boom
In partnership with TO Live
Casper Skulls (Sudbury & Toronto // nostalgic indie rock)
Lucid Express (Hong Kong // skyscraper shoegaze)
Hélène Barbier (Montréal // avant-pop revelations)
Pizza Bush (Toronto // goblin-core folk-punk)
Wavelength Music Festival + Conference 2026 skips down the street to local favourite The Baby G. Independent and artist-run, The Baby G is the perfect spot for this wide-ranging line-up.
Described as “a grab bag of amazing sounds” by NPR, Casper Skulls 2025 album Kit-Cat is their best one yet. With bandmates playing musical chairs, this mosaic showcases their collaborative strength.
Formed through graveyard shift rehearsal schedules, Lucid Express will have no trouble adjusting to EST. The five piece band visits us from the packed alleyways of Hong Kong with a airy blend of shoegaze and indie pop
Hailing from France, but well adjusted to Montréal, Hélène Barbier switches between English and French atop aggressively anti-complicated avant-pop melodies. 2025 LP Panorama (Bonsound) is a personal fave AOTY for Wavelength’s Jonny Dovercourt.
Gross girl/girl adjacent anti-folk collective Pizza Bush loves a theme. From clown weddings to clown divorce, the only thing you can expect is the unexpected!
