Sweet & Sour Valentine's Day Comedy Show
Do you LOVE Valentine’s Day? Sticky sweet, lovestruck, SO cute and all googly-eyed mushiness?
Or do you HATE Valentine’s Day? Sourpuss, eye-rolling, don’t-get-me-started-on-couples, can’t stand this capitalist holiday?
Whatever camp you belong to, THIS is the show for you. We will celebrate love and roast the holiday that brings it to us on a candy-red, heart-shaped platter. At your service are the funniest comics to hit the stage. So, bring your boo, your bestie, your boss, your baby (18+ please) and let's do this!
It's our Sweet & Sour Valentine's Day Comedy Show (clean comedy version*)
- Showtime: February 14 at 7:30pm (doors 7pm) in the side theater. You can order food during the show or come early to eat beforehand in the main room.
- We have an incredible lineup including; Swetha Ramesh, Carmiya Weinraub, Steven Chen, Nikkie Knowles
- Tickets: Grab tickets now (early access on sale now!) or reserve a table for two or four.If you are a group of more than six, let us know and we can hold seats for you together.
Busboys and Poets Takoma, 235 Carroll Street NW, Washington DC 20012 in the side theatre. The venue has a full menu of food and drink, including delicious mocktails and cocktails.

NOTE: We are presenting two different shows on 2/14. This link is for the Busboys and Poets Show (clean comedy). If you are interested in seeing this show at the Silver Spring Black Box Theatre (Also hilarious, not raunchy; but more like PG-13), go to the other Eventbrite link.
Sweet & Sour is part of Improbable's series, Takoma Comedy Night, at Busboys and Poets Takoma. Each month we bring a great chance for laughs and fun for the community. It feels good to laugh and we promise to deliver.
Join us at one of our upcoming shows:

Please Note: Due to the nature of live performance, we sometimes have to make a last minute change in the lineup of performers. We appreciate your understanding and patience. It is always our aim to present a great show for our audience.
