This winter, the iconic Parisian fine-dining institution Caviar Kaspia arrives in Aspen through an exclusive partnership with The Snow Lodge at the St. Regis. Since 1927, Kaspia has been synonymous with Parisian glamour and indulgence—beloved by cultural legends from Hemingway and Josephine Baker to Beyoncé, the Hadids, and Anna Wintour. Opening mid-December 2025 through March 2026, the Aspen pop-up will reimagine The Jade Room with a new design by Antonio Di Oronzo of Bluarch, blending Kaspia’s timeless French elegance with the spirited energy of The Snow Lodge. Guests can enjoy signature dishes like the famous baked potato with caviar, smoked salmon blinis, rosti-crusted caviar pizza, and new Aspen-exclusive creations. Select dishes will also be featured at après ski events, and the full menu will be available for delivery.
