Fameusly Fünke DrFameus (Allen Aucoin formerly of The Disco Biscuits) & Moogie Fünke (Brian Duggan) Boss Level Album Debut Party Fameusly Fünke is a collaboration of nostalgia between two seasoned musicians paying tribute to the golden era of gaming. Based in Colorado, the project features Brian Duggan (Moogie Fünke) and Allen Aucoin (DrFameus). Allen Aucoin is best known for his nearly 20-year tenure as the powerhouse drummer for the nationally touring jamtronica titans, The Disco Biscuits. Brian Duggan is a producer and multi-instrumentalist with a degree in Music Education and formerly touring musician with the band, Tula. Allen and Brian crossed paths in Colorado and met while playing music. They teamed up to play their first show (as Moogie Live Band) in 2022 in Chicago, a late night set after The Disco Biscuits. Now, a collaborative effort under one unified name. They aren't just covering 8-bit tunes; they are rebooting them. Utilizing Ableton Live production alongside live drums, guitar, bass, and keys, Fameusly Fünke takes the soundtracks of your childhood and expands them into massive, high-energy dance arrangements. On January 31st, they will debut music from their new album, "Boss Level," recorded with master engineer Josh Fairman (Sunsquabi). Expect a seamless, improvisational set that bridges the gap between the arcade console and the concert hall.
