This year the hotel will open its doors to celebrate its 8th annual Halloween celebration! The Gallery- This spacious state of the art ballroom boasts over 4300 square feet of event space and includes comfortable lounge seating, a state of the art sound and lighting system, and multiple bars.  The Gallery has played host to endless high profile events including Marc Jacobs Fashion Week, The New York Food & Wine Festival, and concerts by Hole and The Kills. General Terms This ticket only grants access to the Gallery at Dream Downtown.  All other events are excluded. Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
