All of us loved being part of a band in high school and didn’t want to leave that behind when we started Uni. This band gives us a chance to keep playing while having a great time. We play a mix of jazz, swing, and big band tunes with everything from smooth ballads to upbeat classics that get people moving. You’ll usually find us playing at university balls and jazz cafes, where we bring a fun and lively performance to the stage. Whether you’re into classic jazz or just want to hear a bunch of students absolutely going for it, there’s something for you. Come along and enjoy the ride with the Monash Big Band!
