About Chrissy Website | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify Born and raised in Staten Island, Chrissy cut her teeth gigging around New York City during her teen years. Now based in Los Angeles, her sound has developed into something timeless and immediate. An old soul nestled amidst her contemporary songwriters, Chrissy conjures Joni Mitchell and Mazzy Star, while nodding to Lana del Rey and Clairo in equal measure. The mix allows her to blend not just genres, but generations, into songs that feel like deeply exhaled diary entries. After starting to release singles in 2022, including standouts “Socks” and “Devil On My Back”, Chrissy toured with Gus Dapperton and built her creative community in Los Angeles.
