9000 Dreams ist eine internationale Partyreihe, die von der DJ und Produzentin Avalon Emerson kuratiert und veranstaltet wird. Ineffekt ist ein junger niederländischer DJ und Produzent, der sich in seinen Techno- und House-Sets von der experimentellen Pop-Sensibilität einer Charli XCX, PC Music und eben Avalon Emerson inspirieren lässt. Von ihr hat er sich in den Anfangstagen seiner DJ-Karriere wohl auch die technischen Fähigkeiten abgeschaut. Mit Nathan Micay spielt eines der Enigmas der elektronischen Musikwelt. Er hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren von der DJ-Touring-Routine weg und hin zu einem Film- und Serienmusik-Wizzard entwickelt, heute Nacht spielt er eines seiner inzwischen rar gesäten Sets. Der in Kopenhagen lebende Kanadier verpackt kosmische Arpeggios mit clubbigen Rhythmen und cineastischen Sounds. Auch die Produktionen und DJ-Sets von Yu Su klingen genre-bending und abenteuerlich. Auf ihren Releases auf Technicolor oder Music from Memory verbindet sie Einflüsse von Ambient, Experimental und Dub zu immersiven Klanglandschaften. 9000 Dreams is an international party series curated and hosted by DJ/producer Avalon Emerson. Ineffekt is a young Dutch DJ/producer whose techno and house sets are inspired by the experimental pop sensibility of Charli XCX, PC Music and Avalon Emerson herself – from whom he probably learned his technical skills in the early days of his career. Nathan Micay, an enigma within the world of electronic music, will also be playing. In recent years, he has moved away from the DJ touring routine and evolved into a wizard of soundtracking films and series. Tonight, he will be playing one of his now rare sets.
