Founded in Amsterdam by Japanese curators, the record label Sound Of Vast hosts its flagship party Wicked. Over the years, Wicked has invited world-class artists such as Chaos In The CBD, Antal, Peach, DJ Nobu (House Set), Kamma & Masalo, and Soichi Terada, creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for house music lovers. This year marks Wicked’s 4th Anniversary. To celebrate, the party teams up with “10 Years of Sound Metaphors”, bringing in the Berlin-based collective that has been one of the most influential forces in today’s underground scene. Alongside them, Romain FX will perform live, following the massive success of his 2023 hit “Spacer Woman” and ahead of his forthcoming EP Musique de Maison on Sound Of Vast this October. Monkey Timers, who also feature as remixers on the release, join the lineup for this special occasion. Sound Metaphors, based in Berlin, is far more than just a label. They operate a record shop, distribution, party series, and even design and build custom sound systems. With an incredible output of around 50 releases a year—ranging from unreissued classics to hidden gems and fresh talent—the collective has built a loyal following worldwide. Their 10th anniversary was celebrated with a packed performance at Rainbow Disco Club 2025, further cementing their reputation. French-born, Lisbon-based producer Romain FX has lived in the U.S., Taiwan, and Hong Kong, shaping his borderless musical identity. Known for his psychedelic grooves and memorable melodies, he brings his live set to Japan for the first time, performing tracks from Musique de Maison EP. On the 4F floor, The People In Fog (the alias of DJ Sodeyama, who just released his long-awaited new album Too Much Knobs And Cables and will soon embark on a European tour) and Lily from Ella Records make their Wicked debut. Expect an immersive journey into their deep, heady soundscapes. The 1F floor is curated under the “&FRIENDS” banner, featuring a back-to-back set from Kikiorix (Rainbow Disco Club resident) and Ryu, alongside Benedek—whose album as Total Blue on Music From Memory was a breakout success—and Nari, a member of CYK who continues to expand internationally with appearances at Fuji Rock and Wonderfruit. Adding to the vibe, PITCH (by models Nanami Keyes and Reia Hemming) will provide their signature homemade Thai tea.
