FOOD Our culinary experience will feature an incredible lineup of food trucks personally selected by Iron Chef Marc Forgione, showcasing some of LA’s top and most critically acclaimed food vendors. Guests can enjoy amazing cuisine available for purchase on-site, including specialty curated menu items designed to pair perfectly with rosé. Together, these offerings create an elevated food experience that blends LA’s vibrant culinary scene with the luxury and flavor of La Vie en Rosé Day. No outside food will be permitted inside the La vie en Rosé Day venue unless a medical condition applies and you have valid documentation from a certified doctor for the aforementioned condition. ALCOHOL Enjoy an elevated 8-hour complimentary bar experience featuring premium pours of rosé, champagne, and specialty rosé-inspired cocktails available throughout the event. We encourage you to take Lyft, Uber or other means of transportation to King Gillette Ranch. DRESS CODE Dress code is mandatory at La Vie en Rosé Day L.A. We invite you to dress in summer chic attire, pastel colors or summer whites are encouraged. Sunscreen, hats, and lightweight clothing are recommended. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes (flats, sandals or wedges for women)as you will be primarily on grass throughout the day. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY Please be advised that Rosé Day L.A., LLC. will be filming and taking photographs on site of the attendees. If you enter the area, you may appear, and you agree to appear, in any and all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, including in advertisements and promotions. Please do not enter this area if you do not wish to appear. You hereby waive any claims against Rosé Day L.A., LLC and its affiliates in connection with the use in any and all media of such photos and videos taken at this event. RULES AND POLICIES For your safety and the safety of all attendees, items prohibited at La vie en Rosé Day include, but are not limited to: - • Outside Alcohol - • Non-alcoholic beverages (including water) - • Ice chests or Coolers - • Silverware, flatware unless it is made from plastic or cardboard and do not have sharp edges - • Glassware - • Chairs of any kind - • Beach umbrellas - • Soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, or other projectiles - • Drones - • Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit) - • Illegal substances including narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and medical or recreational marijuana - • Fireworks, sparklers, or incendiary devices - • Kites - • Glowsticks - • Laser pointers - • Pets, unless you are a person with disabilities requiring a service animal with a current rabies certification - • Backpacks, luggages, and any large bags - • Sharp objects - • Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles of any kind - • Tents or canopies of any kind - • Professional camera equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, large zoom lenses, commercial-use camera assemblies) - • Items intended for sale/promotion - • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods - • We have zero tolerance for illegal activities, the use of illegal drugs, and underage drinking. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event and will not be allowed back in. Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search points will not be returned. The event and private security personnel reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and not allowed items.
