A Reunion Decades in the Making: Paul Oakenfold x The Crystal Method – Legacy Tour
Two titans of electronic music. One legendary reunion.
For the first time in over 20 years, electronic music trailblazers Paul Oakenfold and The Crystal Method return to the stage together, reigniting the energy that helped shape the global dance movement of the late ‘90s and early 2000s.
Paul Oakenfold is a three-time Grammy-nominated DJ, producer, and trance pioneer whose boundary-breaking career spans over 30 years. A fixture in Ibiza’s golden era and one of the first DJs to break electronic music into the mainstream, Oakenfold has remixed everyone from U2 to Madonna and scored soundtracks for Hollywood blockbusters. Known for euphoric trance, cinematic builds, and stadium-sized sets, his influence continues to ripple through today’s dance scene.
The Crystal Method, the duo-turned-solo project of Scott Kirkland, are American breakbeat innovators who helped define the big beat genre alongside The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers. Also two time GRAMMY nominated, their gritty, high-octane sound blended rock, electronica, and hip-hop into chart-topping anthems like “Busy Child” and “Name of the Game,” earning them critical acclaim and cult status.
Their paths first crossed in the late ’90s as fellow global headliners on the festival circuit, including legendary events like Creamfields, Coachella, and Ultra. While they’ve occasionally shared lineups over the years, they haven’t toured together in over two decades—until now.
The Legacy Tour is a celebration of electronic music’s roots, uniting two of its most iconic acts for a high-energy, genre-spanning experience—from trance to breakbeat, cinematic soundscapes to warehouse chaos.
Welcome to the sound that started it all.
