London-based drummer, composer and bandleader **Tom Skinner** \[The Smile, Sons of Kemet\] visits Public Records for the New York debut of music from his new album Kaleidoscopic Visions \[out September 26th via Brownswood + International Anthem\]. Skinner's ensemble for the show will feature a unique ensemble of Chicago- and New-York-based musicians. \- Public Records aims to provide a safer space.
