Description
This immersive Ableton Lab Series is designed to put you in the mindset of creating release-ready music from the very start.
You will learn how to:
• Create your own edits and mashups
• Craft professional, release-ready grooves that sound clean and punchy
• Use sampling and remix techniques to make your ideas stand out
• Develop a fast and efficient production workflow
• Explore sound design and analog processing techniques using real analog gear
• Create cohesive and dynamic arrangements with FX and Automation
After each lecture, stay for two hours of lab time, where you can connect with peers, exchange ideas, collaborate, and test your tracks on the club’s sound system.
We recommend beginners commit to the entire series for the best experience, but drop-ins are welcome.
Space is limited, and tickets are $20 per session.
Laptops with Ableton Live 12 Suite and headphones are highly recommended.
See promotional links for access to a free 30-Day demo of Ableton Live 12 Suite.
Discounts are available upon request.
This event is hosted by The New York Record Club for The Advancement of the Arts and JP Solis, co-founder of Dubspot, the first Ableton Certified Training Center in North America.
