No charge unless your order is confirmed. Experts Only Festival is a rain or shine event. NO refunds or exchanges will be offered unless the event is 100% canceled. There is no Re-Entry at the event. There is NO PARKING available on Randall’s Island for Experts Only Music Festival. You may be dropped off and picked up by your own vehicle but there will be no location available to park on the island.
