Dayglo Abortions are a Canadian punk rock band formed in Victoria, British Columbia, in the late 1970s. Known for their outrageous lyrics, provocative album art, and fierce DIY ethos, the band gained notoriety in the 1980s for pushing the boundaries of political correctness, censorship, and free speech in Canada. Their 1985 album Feed Us a Fetus became a cult classic in hardcore punk circles, blending aggressive riffs with biting satire aimed at politics, religion, and societal norms.
