Basik Lee and Dope Knife team up to bring you a night filled with Beat and Track Battles plus DJs Kut Daily & Halftyme Humble Hip Hop Nite returns to Victory North for a very special, one time only, Summer Spectacular. The night features Beat and Track battles along with DJ's spinning your favorite tunes. Hornitos will be in the house with tequila and shot specials all night long. SUNTONE STUDIOS will be giving the winner of each battles a 2 hour recording session. Battles start at 8pm. If you want to compete get there by 8pm to sign up. Beat and Track Battle Rules Beat battles: Two competitors are given two rounds (30-40 seconds per round) to play their original beat. The crowd will be the judge. Winners of the rounds will move on to the next round until an overall winner is decided by the crowd in the final round. Track battles: Two competitors are given one round each to perform their original work. INSTRUMENTALS ONLY OR YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED (The only exception would be the chorus). The crowd will be the judge. Winners of the round will move on to the next round until an overall winner is decided by the crowd in the final round.
