In her lifetime, Perla influenced several generations with her electronic music parties aimed at trans and queer people, and with the way she approached friendship, desire, illness, and humor in her music, her artistic practice, and her poems. Now we come together not only united by the immense void she has left in those who followed her, her friends and family, but also to celebrate her intense journey through life and the many ways in which her art and her legacy continue to accompany us. The proceeds from this ticketed event, after deducting venue operating costs and expenses related to logistics, production, and others, will be donated to support Ewing sarcoma research by the GEIS group. 6 collectives of friends of Perla Zuñiga (1996–2024) come together to honor and celebrate the DJ, artist, and poet: CULPA, MARICAS, Herrensauna, Mareo, Girltoy, and MUSA.
