A Queer and BIPOC centered event focused on building community and supporting minorities in the city. This event will feature over a dozen vendors, two tattoo artists, and Miss Gay Portland herself selling raffle tickets. All money raised from the raffle will be donated to Outside In. $1.50 per ticket will be donated to Black & Beyond the Binary Collective.
