Generate maximum power. **ZONE 3 – FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS (Powered by RAM)** House beats, 8 minutes of relay circuits: sit-ups, overhead reverse lunges, thrusters, deadlifts & lateral lunges. **ZONE 4 – METABOLIC CONDITIONING (Powered by Concept2)** Dance & rap fuel your endurance. 16 minutes: SkiErg, bear crawls, rower & burpees. 4 mins on, 2 mins rest.
