The 4th installment—and bassiest yet—of Village Hidden in Sound's Happy Hour residency at Bossa Nova!
Village Hidden in Sound (VHS) is a leftist collective of DJs and producers who capture the unique energy of New York City’s underground dance music scene. Within a year of its founding, VHS has become a staple in its home city with international interest. Its family members are as tight-knit as the community they gather, reflecting their love for all forms of dance music from House to UKG to Bass to Techno & more. Each VHS event promises new best friends, core memories, and nonstop movement set to a vivid and eclectic tapestry of sound.
This installment of the Happy Hour residency is hosted by Scribble, a bass music producer of more than 10 years and sophomore resident of VHS. Since taking his sound public, Scribble has exploded onto Brooklyn's bass music scene, playing at notable venues such as Mood Ring, SILO, and h0l0, where he played support for Hamdi's Abomination Tour.
