MDLYN
mdlyn is a Bay Area-born, LA-based artist blending Ethereal RnB with Indie Pop sensibilities. Whether covering legends like Etta James and Fleetwood Mac or contemporary voices like SZA and Ariana Grande, mdlyn brings a timeless, emotional depth to every stage — from local karaoke bars to global audiences online.
After taking time to embrace motherhood and release her first official music video for her single “touch,” she returned with a new single and video, “High,” signaling an exciting new chapter. Lily Brooks O'Briant
Hey my name is Lily Brooks O’Briant! I am originally from Memphis, TN, then NYC & for the past 5 years I've been a California girl. You may have seen me on TV on shows like The Big Show Show, Life by Ella or the Young & the Restless or you may have seen me as Matilda on the Broadway tour of Matilda the Musical. I love acting but have been singing for as long as I can remember. I got my first guitar from Santa when I was 4 years old and wrote my first song when I was 5. After I experienced my first heartbreak when I was 16, I threw all of my feelings into songwriting. Pain, anger, sadness, regret, uncertainty, and even new love, hope, and fear are all in my music. I am inspired by so many different genres of music but most of all, I love story-telling. My music is like a window into my heart during the moments of writing my songs. I hope you enjoy the music! 🎵
Love, Lily Brooks
