Cortney Warner was born in South Korea, raised in Ohio, and calls Tennessee home. She released her self-produced, debut special, Pointy Boys, in 2022 under Bedfire Label. Cortney travels all over the country performing stand up and has opened for comedians and musicians like Joe Lycett, Libbie Higgins, Kristen Toomey, Charlene Kaye, Dessa, and Hope Woodard. Cortney runs the comedy night at The Blue Room and the comedy night at The Graduate Hotel, and has satire published on points in case, humor darling, White Limozeen, Medium, and Flexx Mag. She was also a finalist in WME’s “The Big Pitch” pilot writing contest in 2024. Cortney has performed in clubs such as The Comedy Store, The Hollywood Improv, The Laughing Skull, Zanies, The Punchline, Crackers, The Comedy Bar, SoHo House, and Backyard Comedy. She won the Roast Battle League at The Comedy Store in 2024. She’s participated in the Nashville Comedy Festival (2022 and 2023), Lookout Comedy Festival, BrokenRecord Comedy Festival, and Eastside Comedy Festival. Presented by Third Man Events.
