Formed in Brooklyn in 1994, SHUTDOWN emerged from a New York Hardcore scene that was crowded with giants and managed to make their own mark. The band mixed old school and modern elements with a positive message to create an uncompromising and unique hardcore blend. Shutdown has just celebrated their thirty year anniversary with the release of their new ep, "By Your Side."
