For the past three years, French artist Maïcee has been dedicated to this mission, refusing to be confined to a single genre. Inspired by artists like Charli XCX, Shygirl, Mura Masa, FKA Twigs, or Rosalia, she's forged her own path. Based between Paris and London, this rapper and singer blends electronic music with pop, rap, and dance to express her emotions. Her debut EP, “i think my brain is weirD”, released in 2023, was a dark, electronic exploration that garnered critical acclaim in France (Libération, Les Inrockuptibles, Grünt, Rinse France). Following its release, Maïcee embarked on a solo tour and opened for singer Jain on her national arena tour.
