Description
**Molina**, the Danish-Chilean producer and composer (Rebecca Molina, b. 1992), crafts music blending digital, sample-based production with organic instrumentation. Her debut album, When You Wake Up (Escho), embraces spontaneity and imperfection, capturing life’s cycles through ethereal vocals, fuzzed-out guitars, and layered samples.
She deliberately played unfamiliar instruments to introduce unpolished, accidental moments. Live, she performs as a duo, handling samples, synths, and vocals alongside Collider guitarist Troels Damgaard-Christensen.
**st frances** is the grunge-pop musical project of barcelona based British-spanish artist Frances Ribes Renshaw.
Compared to the likes of PJ Harvey or Caroline Polacheck, their music and live show is an invitation to access emotionally charged and generous melodies, vocals and lyrics while connecting with experimental structures, arranged with grungy guitars, organ-like bassy synths and determined beats.
In February 2024 they released a self published debut album followed by a number of singular and critically acclaimed gigs - supporting ML Buch and White Magic, playing at iconic venues in Barcelona such as El Pulamrejo and the Fundació Joan Miró (BCN), and at unique festivals like Eufónic or RZM+, amongst others.
