About Munya Chawawa: Known for his character-driven social content and sharp political commentary, Munya is a 2022 British Comedy Award winner and multiple BAFTA nominee and has gained recognition for his work across TV and social media, including Netflix’s Death to 2020 and Channel 4’s How to Survive a Dictatorship. His popular characters like Posh Drill rapper Unknown P and chef Jonny Oliver have cemented him as a leader in political satire, while his production company, Munz Made It, has produced acclaimed projects like Race Around Britain on YouTube Originals. Munya’s latest documentary explores North Korea’s authoritarian regime under Kim Jong Un.
