Arrival Policy To guarantee your reservation, please arrive within 1.5 hours after doors open. If you haven’t checked in within this timeframe, we will assume you are no longer attending, and your table may be released—no refunds will be provided. If you anticipate arriving later than 1.5 hours after doors open, simply email us in advance so we can accommodate you accordingly. Important Reminder 🚨 All guests at the VIP table must be 21+. Minors will not be permitted in VIP areas, and no refunds will be issued if a minor purchases or arrives with a table ticket. - Some shows may or may not have a meet and greet, but tickets for these must be purchased separately, as they are not included in the VIP Table package.
